Radish Potato Curry

Ingredients
- 12 to 15 radishes, sliced
- 6 to 8 baby potatoes - boiled until just tender and quartered
- ½ cup of baby lima beans (or chickpeas)
- 1 onion - finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of red chili-garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon of each - turmeric and salt (or to taste)
- tadka (1/2 teaspoon each of cumin, mustard seed, minced garlic and a few curry leaves)
Directions
Saute the tadka in oil.
Add and saute the onions, radishes and beans for a few minutes on high until they are crisp-tender.
3 Stir in quartered potatoes and the seasoning (chilli-garlic powder, turmeric and salt). Cook for a further couple of minutes.
