WELCOME: This is my personal recipe collection. It is posted here so that I can share it with friends and family, and so that I can access it wherever I happen to be. Some of these recipes are mine, some of not. Recipes that are not my own have for the most part been heavily adapted to suit my personal taste and cooking style, but I do credit the original sources so that you can look them up if you would like to see the originals.
The recipes should be reliable unless they say "untested" at the top. Many of these are more like kitchen notes than recipes, and they assume a certain level of experience in the kitchen (for instance, I tend to leave out amounts and detailed descriptions of common techniques). However, I love talking about cooking so if you have any questions please just call or drop me a line and I would be happy to clarify, or better yet show you what I do in person.
Untested recipes are just that -- intriguing recipes that I would like to try but haven't gotten around to yet. If you decide to try one out, please let me know how it turns out!
